SE Design and Consulting Inc. was contracted to design and facilitate the improvement of 34 road segments in Cold Lake, AB. The project scope was comprised of a mix between full re-construction, mill and overlay, sidewalk replacement, and spot repairs, as well as corrective measures to improve drainage within the road corridors. Two segments included the replacement of underground storm and water infrastructure. Prior to construction phase of the project, SE Design was responsible for providing preliminary engineering, topographic survey, detailed design drawings, cost estimation, and administration. During the construction, SE Design provided project management, construction management, construction survey, field inspection, progress payment claims, and recorded as-built information. Post construction services included final inspections and contract closeout documentation.
