The work generally involves the construction of:

Temporary Modular Office Complex – Site Preparation

1. Waste stripping to Common 775m3
2. Trenching and Backfilling 36 l.m.
3. Supply and install 100mm sanitary service 20 l.m.
4. Supply and install 50mm water service 21 l.m.
5. Supply and place water cistern complete with pump Lump Sum
6. Supply and place sanitary holding tank Lump Sum
7. Common excavation of embankment 3,600 m3
8. Waste exaction of unsuitable material to Common 3,320 m3
9. Supply and place borrow in road and parking areas 3,660 m3
10. Supply and place engineered fill under building 3,010 m3
11. Subgrade preparation 4,500 m2
12. Supply, place, and compact gravel at 150mm depth 975 m2
13. Supply, place, and compact gravel at 450mm depth 1.355 m2
14. Supply, place, and compact gravel at 300mm depth 1,660 m2
15. Shaping and grading of drainage ditch and swale 175 l.m.
16. Place topsoil from the on-site stockpile 3,000 m2
17. Broadcast seeding 4,475 m2
18. Supply and install CSP 2 ea.
19. Supply and install concrete parking bumper 11 ea.
20. Provisional: Supply and install Geogrid 850 m2
21. Provisional: 20kg cement stabilization 850 m2
